  • 1. What is the status of my order?


    ➤ Login to your Vehicle-Accessories Account and go to Order History you can view progress of your order from here. These status changes are also sent to the email you used to register with further details.

  • 2. When will you ship my order?


    ➤ Our standard handling time is 1-15 business days but this may vary during peak seasons or depending on stock availability (availability dates are usually noted on back-order listings)

  • 3. Do you ship internationally or outside of Australia?


    ➤ Yes! However, postage cost may not be available upon checkout and will be calculated and invoiced to you upon order

  • 4. What is your standard freight cost?


    ➤ Standard freight cost is $9.95 for all orders below $150

  • 5. Do you offer FREE postage?


    ➤ Yes! We offer free postage for orders above $150 within Sydney and nearby metropolitan areas. However, as noted in our Terms and Conditions, Part A5(b) If we need to calculate the applicable delivery costs after receiving your Order, the delivery costs will not appear at the checkout and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the applicable delivery costs.

  • 6. Why is there additional delivery cost?


    ➤ Additional freight charges may be calculated if we find that your order exceeds standard weight and dimensions (35kg/0.7m3) or if your delivery address is not within our free delivery zone (this includes some areas in Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Tasmania) Rest assured we will notify you as soon as we can.
    ➤ We recommend contacting our team via chat/email/call so we can send you a quote before committing to buy.

  • 7. Do you offer EXPRESS postage?


    ➤ If you need a product before a certain date, we recommend contacting our team via chat/email/call so we can check availability before committing to buy.
    ➤ If there is more than 1 part of your order and is available, we can partially dispatch your order with the back order to follow (additional freight charges may apply)
    ➤ If a product is available at the time of enquiry, we can also quote you for EXPRESS delivery that is estimated to take 2-3 business days depending on your location.

  • 8. Do you ship to a PO BOX or Parcel Locker?


    ➤ We normally refuse to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, however if the product you have ordered is small enough to fit in a satchel, we may make an exception however we do not recommend this option as we require a signature upon delivery and will request for an alternative address if available.

  • 9. Can I PICK-UP my order?


    ➤ At checkout PICK UP option is available however please note our GLENDENNING, NSW warehouse is currently our only location that will cater for pick-ups.
    ➤ Our warehouse will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up by sending you details of process and paperwork to fill and bring before we release your order, you will also be required to bring your invoice and 1 valid ID.

  • 10. Do you offer Installation or Fitting services?


    ➤ Yes, we do ON-SITE fittings at Vehicle-Accessories, Glendenning
    ➤ Depending on your location we can also have you scheduled for our fitters to drive to your location fully equipped for fitting services.
    ➤ However, please note that payments must be made through Vehicle-Accessories Customer Service and not directly to the authorized installer.
